Gt30 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the gt30 platform. Please read it carefully in its entirety before registering an account or using any services provided by gt30.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users accessing the gt30 platform from Malaysia.
1 Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the gt30 platform, you fully and unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To use the gt30 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where the use of online betting or entertainment platforms is prohibited.
- Register only one account under your own name — multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
2 Account Creation and Information Security
By registering an account with gt30, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. gt30 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, and failure to comply may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activity that occurs through your account — whether with or without your knowledge — is your responsibility.
- Use a strong and unique password for your gt30 account.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Gt30 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
3 User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a gt30 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Use of this platform for any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without notice:
- Using third-party software, bots, or automated methods to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt gt30's systems or infrastructure.
- Registering an account using false information or another person's identity.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or match manipulation.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
Gt30 reserves the right to investigate and take action against any user suspected of violating these rules, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4 Payment and Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the gt30 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). gt30 accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods, including FPX, TNG eWallet, and direct bank transfer. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name.
Important information regarding transactions:
- All successfully processed deposits are final and cannot be reversed by the user, except under circumstances specified by gt30.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the established verification procedures. gt30 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.
- Gt30 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by banks or third-party payment providers during transaction processing.
- Any attempt to conduct suspicious or inconsistent transactions will be investigated and may result in account suspension pending the outcome of the investigation.
- Account balances do not earn any interest and cannot be transferred to another user.
5 Account Policies, Limitation of Liability, and Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
Gt30 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or upon request from the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation may be ineligible to re-register. In cases of standard closure at the user's own request, any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
Limitation of Liability
Gt30 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform. gt30's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software code, and other materials found on the gt30 platform are the exclusive property of gt30 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from gt30. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
6 Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
Third-Party Links
The gt30 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. gt30 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the relevant third party's terms.
Changes to Terms
Gt30 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You are advised to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the gt30 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
